Fundamentals -
Use of proper form and structure whether shooting, defending or dribbling with proper footwork and movement that is essential to a solid fundamental base.


Body Mechanics -
It’s all in the details.  Adapting good habits to a players skill set not only prevents injury and errors on the court but also develops a sound basketball player.


Mental Mind Set & Game Break Down -
Basketball is 20% physical, 80% mental. Not only will we help you become a stronger player but also a smarter player. Teaching you the philosophy of a good offense, learning good shot selection and knowing how to breakdown defenses so your instinct becomes second nature.



We will provide strength and conditioning courses and team concepts, as well as challenging scenarios to help you acquire new moves to add to your arsenal and learn how and when to apply them.
